MiniDSP DDRC-22D Upgrade

Digital room correction is good at what it is designed for, unfortunately it can add a harder dryer sound to the overall presentation It is an extra process in the signal path after all. Getting the most out of the miniDSP is very important and the first area to address is jitter. Re-clocking the DSP brings significant gains by lowering the noise floor and adding a richer more analogue presentation to the audio, we are offering an option on which clock you would prefer. Swapping out a few capacitors for better ones + adding EMI / RFI treatment to the ICs again aids the overall sound quality.

Adding a high quality linear low noise power supply lifts the DSP even further, we offer the PSU as an upgrade option.
